The Venue
Our night of apocalyptic revelry takes place within the historic walls of Salisbury Arts Centre. Based in the beautiful 17th century, grade II listed church building of St Edmund's, the centre is located in the heart of the magnificent medieval city of Salisbury, surrounded by charming half-timbered buildings, historic streets and alleyways and is within a stone's throw of the UK's finest medieval cathedral. St Edmund's has been the city's main community arts venue since 1975 and hosts many of the events for the famous Salisbury Arts Festival each year. The centre, attractively placed in a tree-and flower-lined churchyard setting, presents a diverse range of events including touring theatre, dance, world music, rock gigs, film screenings and exhibitions, with regular workshops for all ages in subjects as diverse as pottery, felting, dance, animation, yoga and sculpture.
